As a Field Foreman, you'll ensure the success of diverse construction projects by coordinating on-site tasks and maintaining a safe, productive environment. This hands-on role demands a strong work ethic, stellar communication, and adherence to company standards. You'll handle manual construction duties and support various Superintendents across multiple projects in the Austin, TX area. Swift field problem-solving is key, and a reliable vehicle—preferably a truck—is essential. Mileage compensation provided.

Summary of Responsibilities

- Coordinate on-site tasks to ensure the success of diverse construction projects.
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment for all team members.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and adhere to company standards.
- Perform manual construction duties as part of the hands-on role.
- Support various Superintendents on multiple projects in the Austin, TX area.
- Utilize swift problem-solving skills for field challenges as they arise.
- Possess a reliable vehicle, preferably a truck, for transportation.
- Receive mileage compensation for travel.

General Requirements:

• Capable of becoming proficient with Procore, Blue Beam and other construction management technologies
• Adept with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, Outlook
• Must be self-motivated & punctual with a profound desire to learn and grow
• Must be a person who keeps moving
• Should handle pressure adeptly and act promptly without displaying stress
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow-up skills (internal and external)
• Must be professional and polished in conversation, appearance, and written skills
